MIDLANDS BOWLING CLUB

Greens:

Midlands Bowls Club has two excellent, well maintained grass greens.

The greens are opened in September to accommodate midweek and weekend pennant, plus  many of the Club’s events.

Pennant Teams:

Midweek Pennant have three representative teams: Division 1, 3 and 4

Weekend Pennan] have five representative teams: Division 3, 4, 6, 8 and 9

The Club also competes in Winter Indoor Bowls, with both ladies and men fielding three teams.

Ladies hold their Social Days on Thursday commencing at 12.30pm.

Men practice on Thursday commencing at 4.30pm.

Tournaments / Events:

The Club holds many different events throughout the year, both formally and socially.

Men’s Triples is held fortnightly, two Golfers / Bowlers night are held each season.

The Ladies hold Club days every Thursday. The Club also holds Member Club Championship  Events, where awards for these are presented at our Annual Presentation night.

Members:

The Club has and maintains a strong membership base with 50 Lady members and 89 Male members.

Members take pride in the Club and possess a welcoming and friendly attitude to one another and in  particularly to new members. We organise many Social activities where family participation is encouraged. We have extensive Sponsorship support from many Ballarat businesses.

 VISITORS ARE MOST WELCOME.
